- El 3 en confort se debe a la incomodidad del sofá -cama: es imposible dormir y descansar en él porque se clavan los hierros en la espalda. - Otro aspecto a mejorar es la ropa de cama: algunas sábanas estaban rotas (tenían algún agujero, fácil de reparar) y tenían algunas manchas (tal vez fueran resistentes al lavado, pero la sensación de meterse entre unas sábanas con manchas, sin saber si origen, no es agradable).

Le sofa bed serait à remplacer car peu confortable, il manque une paire de ciseaux et il faudrait prévoir une maintenance au niveau du flexible de douche. Néanmoins, l’appartement est très bien pour découvrir Grenade, votre accueil et disponibilité sont parfaits et le parking est un vrai plus. Merci.

Très bonne situation de l'appartement, très bonnes prestations, service accueil impeccable, parking gratuit (véritable atout), Canapé lit moyennement confortable, ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler (poêle/casserole qui accrochent), une machine à laver et/ou un lave vaisselle seraient un plus.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It had everything we needed. From kitchen utensils to comfortable furniture. Emilia, our contact person was very friendly, efficient and we felt in good hands. We really loved the neighbourhood. Little stores, a laundry etc. The WiFi was a little slow if you are taking a working holiday. We highly recommend this apartment because it is perfectly situated, beautiful and modern with free parking around the corner. Karin Holl and Jürgen Schipanski.

Selon moi ce serait vraiment plus pratique que vous donniez l’adresse et les informations pour le parking avant que les gens arrivent. Ça éviterait pour ceux qui viennent en voiture de refaire un tour dans les embouteillages, depuis l’adresse du logement jusqu’au parking😉

The lady who checked me in was perfect, nothing was to much trouble. only 2 things both of which cannot be helped: the parking lift and turntable were terrifying, and the walls are so thin, the apartment is noisy. Thank you

Apartamento muy funcional, excelente ubicación, muy cerca del centro y con todos los servicios al lado. Me sorprendió gratamente que no había ruidos por la noches, todo lo contrario, muy tranquilo para descansar a pesar de estar muy céntrico... Que disponga de parking propio es una grandísima ventaja para los que nos desplazamos en coche hasta la ciudad, pero una vez allí, queda aparcado hasta el día de salida.. Gracias a Emilia por la facilitar la llegada. Volveremos! ;)

El apartamento me ha parecido perfecto pero hay un gran inconveniente y es que no se puede dormir desde que empieza a salir el sol ya que las cortinas de la habitación no hacen su función. Esto es un gran problema ya que he pagado para poder descansar y esto no ha sido posible.

Great location if visiting Granda with family, by car. The apartment is very spacious and looks very modern, being very well equiped. Even if not mentioned when we booked it, there are also laundry facilities at the last floor of the building, free to be used by guests. Beds are larage and comfortable. Our host, Teresa, was very friendly, proactive, and helpful. And she speaks a very good English too!

Nous avons passer un bon séjour. L’accueil était chaleureux et express! Les consignes étaient très claires. Tout était propre et nickel! Le seul petit point négatif à dire est sur le confort des lits, ça serait à revoir. Merci pour tout.

Antes de nada, decir que nuestra estancia ha sido satisfactoria. Los puntos de mejora sugeridos a continuación solo son una aportación para mejorar en el futuro, como solicitáis.Creo que la limpieza podría mejorar, concretamente en el cuarto de baño y especialmente en la ducha. Igualmente, para una estancia de 6 días como la nuestra, deberíais proporcionar más papel higiénico. Otro punto es el olor a cañerías que hay en el cuarto de baño, aunque no sé si es un problema del apartamento o es general en Granada. En cuanto a la relación calidad/precio, me parece caro para el nivel del apartamento, porque creo que debería estar mejor decorado y más acogedor para un precio que no es precisamente bajo. Aun así, entiendo que el nivel del apartamento es correcto y el precio está en línea con otros del mismo tipo en una ciudad cara para alojarse, como es Granada. Insisto en que hemos quedado satisfechos de nuestra estancia y solo queríamos aportar algún punto de mejora. Gracias por todo.

Ha sido una estadia estupenda. Al inicio no teniamos ni una toalla ni colcha en una cama y ibamos a tener frio pero el responsable del apartamiento fué muy amable y nos ha providenciado todo! Great location, 8 minutes walk from the cathedral. Nice cafe run by Reuben next to a Churros bakery 5 mins away and excellent pizza from Grazie Mille and a Corivan grocery 5 mins away. Underground parking is very safe. Newly decorated, good beds, strong shower, good air con, lots of light. Theresa was very helpful with requests.

El apartamento se ve muy nuevo, incluyendo todos los espacios. Tanto el check-in como el check-out se hacen muy cómodos (a través del móvil con los anfitriones). La ubicación del apartamento es extraordinaria, pudiendo llegar a todos los puntos del centro a pie, pero sin la sensación de encontrarse en una calle muy turística.
