Very well located apartment. Nicely equipped. Good coffee machine and excellent shower. Comfortable bed. A nearby street appeared to offer help to beggars so we had to walk through a large crowd of rough looking people at one point who were waiting to be let in for food we assumed. Very helpful host, Teresa.

El apartamento está muy céntrico a 5 minutos andando de las zonas de tapeo. Viene genial tener parking porque es complicado aparcar en Granada. Todo limpio y correcto.

What a great spot to stay in Granada. Close to everything, easy to drive to (the included parking garage), spacious, comfortable, and clean - AND with a really great shower. Hosts made everything clear and easy!

Emilia ci ha accolto con garbo ed è stata molto gentile e disponibile ed ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze di orario e di parcheggio auto. L'appartamento molto grazioso e confortevole, moderno e pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per alloggiare in maniera confortevole. È presente un piccolo e grazioso patio che rende L'appartamento una vera chiccheria. Lo consiglio veramente sia per la ubicazione veramente centrale e sia per la gentilezza di Emilia...e ovviamente per tutto il resto che ho già elencato

TipDe bank was niet comfortabel om op te zittenTopDe ligging, ruim en volledig voorzien van de basisbehoeften die nodig zijn. De communicatie verloopt whatsapp maar een top is dat er nog telefonisch contact met je wordt gezocht of alles goed is gekomen.

Hola! Les puse en todo un 10. Ahora hay una sola cosa que no estaba a esa altura y eran los cubrecamas, que son viejos, muy usados, deslucidos y manchados y a eso se suma que uno no era para el tamaño de esa cama. Mismos cubrecamas nuevos, con el tamaño adecuado va el 10 en todo. Igual esta es una crítica constructiva. Gracias

El único pero que le puedo poner es lo descuidadas que están las plantas del patio. Entiendo que la sra de la limpieza bastante tiene con la buena labor que hace y en tiempo récord ya que todos queremos entrar lo antes posible, pero podría haber una persona que se encargara de regarlas para mantenerlas, yo lo hice.Repetiremos isn duda alguna. This is the second time we have stayed at these apartments in Granada. Always a 100% good experience. Booking straightforward, prior to arrival Amelia communicated well and was there promptly to meet us on arrival. During our 10 day stay Emilia did everything we asked for, she made us feel very welcome and looked after. The apartment is very close to the centre and the garage parking, secure and just over the road. Modern, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We will be back

Check in could have been easier, maybe partially due to language problems. The obligatory electronic completion of documents was also a bit problematic for us since we are not used to this way of working on Booking. The garage and location are a bonus.

Muy céntrico. La ventaja de poder dejar el coche y no moverlo durante la visita, yendo a pie o en bus a todos sitios. Fantástica la atención y amabilidad de Emilia. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Lo bueno:Todo muy bien, la ubicación muy buena.El trato estupendo. Muy limpio todo el Interior y lleno de pequeños detalles. Lo malo: La calle muy sucia llena de escrementos desde la llegada hasta la vuelta.El wifi se desconectaba a menudo.En definitiva perfecto todo execto la higiene exterior.

Alojamiento perfecto en ubicación, limpieza y servicio. Nuevo y muy bien equipado. Sólo indicar dos pequeños detalles que sin afectar demasiado a la calidad si podrían mejorarse. Uno la insonorización, no tuvimos problemas pero si se oía a los vecinos. Y la otra la calefacción, calentaba mucho más la habitación que el salón, si se pudiera regular que fuese más uniforme sería perfecta.

Precioso apartamento, superlimpio, muy acogedor, muy céntrico, mención especial a las sábanas, de hilo finitas supersuaves. A mi pesar tengo que poner una pega, es un edificio de pocos vecinos pero la puerta del portal suena mucho al cerrar, y si duermes en la habitación más cercana a la calle se oye mucho.
